Pollard, Keith - Electron (Joe Rubinstein inks)

Description	:	Electron is one of the Sh'iar Imperial Guard. While he doesn't look too much like him, I believe he correponds to Comic Boy from the Legion of Super-Heroes. There are little pasted on pieces of original art on Electron's head to make his hair a bit bigger (unless that's actually a hat)
