Kane, Gil - Amazing Spider-Man #123 Page 1 splash (unpublished pencils)

Description	:	Amazing Spider-Man #123 was penciled by Gil Kane and featured the aftermath of the death of Gwen Stacey and the Green Goblin (Norman Osborne), shown here. The pages were lost in the mail en route to John Romita. Kane then gave Romita poor-quality Xeroxes of the story, which he used to re-create the pages. In the process, Romita noticeably changed some pages, including this one. Eventually, the original pencil pages (of which this is the splash) re-appeared. $4000 What is this?
