I've been told that this art was used as an ad in many Marvel comics around 1978 (thanks Rodrigo). Here's a link to the ad which I found online:

I bought this from Dave's son, Ivan, and Dave kindly signed this at a convention in 2002. Dave couldn't remember exact details about this, but I'm guessing that the stats were added as a joke by someone at Marvel. They're very professionally done, but of course the Human Fly never made it past 19 issues.
