Layton, Bob - Champions Mock-Cover Commission

Description	:	What if The Champions were made up of several of Marvel's female characters? The Champions mock-cover features Phoenix, The Scarlet Witch, Spider-Woman, The Invisible Girl and The Black Widow. I didn't commission this, but I picked it up from the original owner. It's a pretty cool concept and Bob did a really nice job as usual. While Bob credits Gil Kane for the design, it's actually somewhat different than the layout of the published Champions #1 cover. $350 What is this?
